Various Codes Cheats

• All of the following cheats will unlock everything in the entire game. Before you go and start at the top of the list entering a bunch of codes you should note that we've also got a single code that unlocks everything in the game, a single cheat that unlocks all the tracks and one that unlocks both hidden characters at once.
