- You have to Smith the weapon to level 4. In a battle get 500 K.O.s.

- Finish Empire Mode.
Hint - Fourth Weapons Cheats
- Use the smith to upgrade your character's weapon to level 4. Then, successfully complete any battle with 500 or more kills. At the end of the battle, you will receive that character's fourth weapon.
